The most confident and wonderful people I know have admitted to it. I'm not saying all of us are depressed or that all of us have mental illnesses, but we do all have periods of our lives where we have problems that we have to face. I've never been a self confident person, I've always worried that I'm a fake, and that everybody is going to find out, and everything I've worked for will be taken away because I'm not really the "cool" person that some people think. People hide their feelings in different ways, some by lashing out at others and some by staying silent. I don't really tell anybody about those feelings, because I went through the same feelings as you. I felt guilty and wrong that I felt that way, I felt weak that those kinds of thoughts went through my mind when I really was a lucky person with a good life. We have to fight through it in different ways (and medication is not something to be disappointed in yourself for). You will get through it and be a strong person, and realize you ARE an amazing beautiful person. Because you are, you really are. And if medication is what makes you realize you are that amazing, beautiful person, then that is the step you have to take, and nobody should think you're wrong or weak for doing that :)Ashley H.noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4113636052418203640.post-81464957235807557222013-08-15T23:21:17.210-04:002013-08-15T23:21:17.210-04:00Wow! We all struggle; we're all insecure. Brencfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09965570268726385278noreply@blogger.com
